By authenticating your workspace session, provisioning platform infrastructure, or passing requests through our programmatic endpoints, you signify that you read, understood, and consent to be governed by this Master Agreement.

2. Service Description

Our engine provides cloud-native execution nodes, globally optimized API caching planes, automated performance tracking, and continuous deployment triggers to maintain scalable infrastructure performance.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Workspace administrators must maintain secure authentication credentials and remain responsible for all processing activity executed under their accounts.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to perform any malicious or unauthorized operations using our infrastructure:

  • Reverse-engineering protected systems or shared hypervisor layers.
  • Launching DoS attacks or unauthorized vulnerability assessments.
  • Uploading malware, cryptojacking scripts, or harmful payloads.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

Usage-based billing invoices are generated automatically each month according to resource utilization and active bandwidth consumption.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to maintaining a 99.95% uptime availability threshold across primary infrastructure clusters.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services upon policy violations, misuse, or payment delinquency.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify our organization from liabilities, legal claims, or damages resulting from misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas and all disputes shall be resolved within Texas courts.
