We commit to maintaining a 99.95% uptime availability threshold across primary infrastructure clusters.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS.
You agree to defend and indemnify our organization from liabilities, legal claims, or damages resulting from misuse of the platform.
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas and all disputes shall be resolved within Texas courts.
